- Rent payment logs: Basic metadata, transaction notes, and payment dates (credit card numbers are processed directly via secure payment portals and are not saved locally).
- Analytics: Browser properties, IP addresses, visit paths, and device information to optimize site speed and responsive rendering.
2. How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect applicant details and sensitive proof files. Access to submitted information is limited to authorized leasing managers and building administrators.

Home Sweet Home Apartments never rents, trades, or sells personal tenant information to outside marketers. We only share details in specific scenarios:
- With hired repair contractors or inspectors to coordinate maintenance scheduling slots.
- With credit screening agencies or landlord references explicitly listed on your application.

4. Retention of Documents
Lease applicant documents are purged or archived securely once application evaluation concludes. Current tenant information is kept as long as active lease agreements are executed and for tax/legal record periods thereafter.
