The Mount Laurel property is about 20 minutes from Philadelphia, 45 minutes from Atlantic City, and 1.5 hours from New York City. The Hempstead property is about 30 minutes from New York City and close to major universities, colleges, and beaches. Our apartments are conveniently located near public transportation, major highways, supermarkets, and restaurants. We provide short-term and month-to-month furnished rentals for vacationers, traveling professionals such as nurses, people temporarily displaced by insurance claims, and similar renters.
